  • UPC or barcode
  • Product or variant ID
Merge mode

Master + Enrich keeps every product in the master catalog and adds inventory data where the key matches.

Matching rules

Equivalent-number matching can help when one file stores 007 and another stores 7. Turn it off when those codes are intentionally different.

How to join the product data

  1. Add the product master and inventory export and select the correct sheets.
  2. Choose Master + Enrich and map SKU, UPC or another stable product identifier.
  3. Review the live match reach. If numeric-looking codes lost leading zeros, compare the result with equivalent-number matching on and off.
  4. Choose the stock and product fields you need, preview the output and download.
Variant SKUs and parent-product IDs are different levels. Make sure the key refers to the same product granularity in both files.

Common inventory issues

Leading zeros

Spreadsheets sometimes turn code-like SKUs into numbers and remove leading zeros.

Variant mismatch

A parent product ID should not be joined to a variant-level SKU without a deliberate mapping.

Duplicate SKUs

Repeated keys can multiply output rows and should be reviewed before export.
