Merge WooCommerce Orders with QuickBooks Data
Combine exported WooCommerce orders with QuickBooks customer, invoice or transaction data for reconciliation or enrichment. MergeStudio works with your exported files and does not connect directly to either account.
Recommended setup
Master + Enrich keeps every WooCommerce order and adds QuickBooks fields where the selected identifier matches.
Use Keep Everything when the goal is reconciliation and you want missing records on both sides to remain visible.
How to merge the exports
- Export the WooCommerce orders and the relevant QuickBooks report or list.
- Add both files, choose the data sheets and correct header rows if necessary.
- Select the merge mode and map a reference that genuinely represents the same record in both files.
- Review match reach and duplicate warnings, choose output columns and download the result.
Common problems
Order IDs and accounting invoice numbers can be unrelated.
Email can connect customers, but one customer may have many orders.
Leading zeros, prefixes and extra spaces can change how references compare.
Spreadsheet contents stay in the browser for normal jobs; oversized jobs are stopped instead of silently uploaded.
Reconcile ecommerce and accounting data
Preview the matches before creating one clean Excel workbook.
